Andy has spent 30 years within the fleet industry, working as a Board Director with such companies as Christian Salvesen and Suttons International. He has first-hand experience of managing and operating multi vehicle fleets, both in the UK, Europe and Worldwide with a particular focus on the US transport industry.

Andy understands the responsibility as a director of managing risk and insurance within large fleets. This experience encouraged Andy to create his own business to offer a different approach than insurers and to offer bespoke solutions to corporate and specialist fleets with a key focus on claims cost reduction.

Dean Mugglestone

Commercial Director

Dean has over 20 years’ experience gained within large fleets operating in the UK and Europe, heading up insurance and risk management functions. He has extensive knowledge in operational risk management and has successfully implemented cost reduction motor liability claims control processes, including fraud prevention initiatives.

Dean has developed innovative solutions using technology at the heart of steam lining processes and improving efficiency.

Alec Mason

Director of Business Systems & Innovation

Alec has 15 years of experience in the self-drive hire sector, and now oversees all technology operations alongside the responsibility of delivering strategy aligned with the Group’s core objectives.

Alec’s background in data analysis & risk management is a key component in our innovation and has been instrumental in the delivery of the group’s online business intelligence platform.

Kelly Celik

Head of Business Improvement

Kelly has over 15 years’ experience in the rental sector and motor claims industry, having worked for a large rental company for 13 years as Insurance Claims Manager.

In her current position of Business Improvement Manager, Kelly takes lead responsibility for continuous improvement activity within the business. She also drives business critical change, implements new clients, manages projects and initiatives in order to deliver efficiency, savings and improve performance. Kelly will also review existing business process mapping/re-engineering across the company and supply continuous development and improvement support to all areas.

Stuart Smith

Head of Engineering and Repair Management M.Inst. A.E.A. AMIMI

Stuart is an experienced Body Shop Manager with over 20 years’ hands on accident repair industry knowledge working in and managing high quality body shop repairers. He is currently responsible for maintaining manufacture approvals for Porsche, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, GM and VW Group; including training programmes, tooling requirements, audits on internal paperwork and repair processes.

Stuart has achieved a regional customer service award in the GM repair network. He is also a member of the IMI / Full IAEA membership current grade member.
